Requests for Funding

Thank you for your interest in applying for CD13's Discretionary Funding. 
Please note that if there are any missing required documents, you will need to apply for the next round of funding.  The next application window will open August 1, 2024. Please stay tuned and we look forward to partnering with you and our community!

Applicants that will be given priority consideration will: 

  • Be a non-profit organization/of 501c status.
  • Hold a BTRC number (you can find out more about what a BTRC is and how to obtain one here). 
  • Be based in, or have a strong connection to, Council District 13. 
  • Be requesting $5,000 or less. 

Most allocations are processed as a reimbursement after the funds have already been spent by the receiving organization. Let us know on your application if this wouldn’t be possible in your case.

If you have a request related to an event, including rental equipment or street closure fees to the Bureau of Street Services, please reach out to our office directly at, and include your BSS Special Event reference number for consideration.
